If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the used and or unused items (at the customers expense) along with a return number and we will:

• Issue you a CoyoteDirect.com credit for 100% of the purchase price (excludes shipping and surcharges), or
• Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
• Credit the purchase price minus a 15% restocking and handling fee to your credit card account (excludes shipping and surcharges).
