CoyoteDirect.com gives shoppers the opportunity to return products for refund within 30 days of the order date. Shoppers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods.
To return a product, contact support with the Order Number, Product SKU, reason for return, and if it is a replacement or a credit. A Return Authorization number with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail.
You can receive a refund for any product if:
1. The wrong product SKU was shipped, or
2. The product shipped is defective in any way
If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and shipping costs will also not be reimbursed.
If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
- Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping, depending on the return.
